I did a re-fresh program with Chris Ann, Shake Challenge, 3 month Wellness Coaching and I am a loyal customer to Juice Plus gummies and Omegas which make my mind clearer and energy levels higher.
Chris Ann is one of the most genuine people I know and she really cares to help.
Oh, and I love the ZOOM cooking classes! I was mind-blown with all the flavors and that I actually made it! I ended up cooking all dishes again over the weekend and sharing with my entire family it was that good.
Working and engaging with Chris Ann is really fun. Prices for products and services are very fair but what’s most important – The knowledge and good time you have taking care of yourself is worth every penny
!!! Thank you Chris Ann and much success!

My family and I are always on the go….work, sports, family obligations, pet time, etc. and we were all feeling the effects of fatigue and exhaustion.
Then we were introduced to Chris Ann Sepkowski of Be Well With Chris Ann and she has really helped coach us in the right direction.
Chris Ann recommended several products that would help replenish the nutrients that we were missing and after a few months taking the products, we all really see a difference.
I would highly recommend that you give all of Chris Ann’s products a try.
You will be glad you did.

I would like to thank Chris Ann for educating me and making me think twice about what and how I eat.
She has been a big part of my daily eating habits. I use the product she promotes. The Juice Plus – Fruits and Vegetable are now part of my every day routine.
I also use the Omegas which helps my heart and joints. The amazing part is that they are all plant based!
Thanks again Chris Ann!

Working with Chris Ann opened my eyes to how little I was doing to take care of myself.
As a mom to three young kids, I was constantly putting myself on the back burner and it was taking a huge toll on my body.
Chris Ann helped me make small changes that were easy to make and yet they made a huge difference.
I am so grateful to have had Chris Ann’s guidance and support as I work toward taking back my body and mind to become the best version of myself.
